Every figure below starts from the datasheet: 22.40 V, 19.20 V, Isc 11.04 A at 25 °C, and a Voc temperature coefficient of −0.28 % per °C. That coefficient means the open-circuit voltage climbs 15.4 % by −30 °C, to 25.8 V per panel.
Read the cold column. On a 25 V controller this panel fits 1 in series at 25 °C but only none at −30 °C, so a string wired from the label number fails the first hard frost.
Where you install it changes the answer on the same 100 V controller: 4 in series in Honolulu, Key West, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and 136 more; 3 in series in Alpine, Marfa, Albuquerque, Greensboro and 174 more, using each city's design low.
For wiring, one string carries 11.04 A of short-circuit current, so the cable and any string fuse are sized for 17.2 A (Isc × 1.56, NEC 690.8). Because the drop is measured against string voltage, not 12 V, the cable stays thin: 2 in series over 5 m need 12 (1.4 % drop at 38.4 V) and 4 in series over 10 m need 12 AWG (1.4 % drop at 76.8 V).
