How this site makes money
Revenue happens inside the checker, not on the reference pages: someone who has already sized a system and reached a shopping list is a much more valuable click than someone reading a comparison table. Product links go through direct manufacturer affiliate programs where one is joined, Amazon otherwise, and are marked with a plain-language notice wherever a real price is shown — see the disclosure page. No display ads, no paywall, no sponsored placement in the compatibility checker: a paid controller showing up in "fix this automatically" would break the one thing this site has to offer.

What this site will not do
No display advertising (a $3 RPM banner would cost the checker more trust than it earns), no paywall on any calculation, no sponsored placement in the rule engine, no dropshipping store of our own. If a recommendation ever depended on which retailer pays more instead of what actually fits the system, the project would have lost the only thing worth visiting it for.
