Every figure below starts from the datasheet: 29.40 V, 25.20 V, Isc 4.17 A at 25 °C, and a Voc temperature coefficient of −0.30 % per °C. That coefficient means the open-circuit voltage climbs 16.5 % by −30 °C, to 34.3 V per panel.
Read the cold column. On a 60 V controller this panel fits 2 in series at 25 °C but only 1 at −30 °C, so a string wired from the label number fails the first hard frost.
Where you install it changes the answer on the same 100 V controller: 3 in series in Honolulu, Key West, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and 171 more; 2 in series in Provo, Boise, Big Bear Lake, Kanab and 139 more, using each city's design low.
For wiring, one string carries 4.17 A of short-circuit current, so the cable and any string fuse are sized for 6.5 A (Isc × 1.56, NEC 690.8). Because the drop is measured against string voltage, not 12 V, the cable stays thin: 2 in series over 5 m need 18 (1.7 % drop at 50.4 V) and 4 in series over 10 m need 18 AWG (1.7 % drop at 100.8 V).
